 Payroll Management means how we manage employees Payroll system like

1)    Salary : Salary means Gross Salary, it divided by following things like

a)     Basic Salary : 60 % of Gross Salary

b)    House Rent: 30 % of Gross Salary

c)     Medical : 5 % of Gross Salary

d)    Convenience : 5 % of Gross Salary

But this category vary organization to organization.

2)    Over Time : Over time means extra payment for extra work, its calculation is

a)     Over time : (Basic Salary / 208 hours) multiply by 2

But this calculation vary organization to organization. some times it calculation

          b) Over time : Calculate Per hour Gross Salary ( This calculation is not right as per Bangladesh Labor Act)
